Louise Arbour: is a former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, she has made a brilliant career in the field of justice and human rights. She started off with a fruitful academic experience but later on she was appointed as judge by the state of Canada to the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In the mid-90s she was appointed as Chief Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and for Rwanda. From this position she indicted political personalities such as Slobodan Milošević or Milan Milutinović. At the moment she holds the position of President and CEO of the International Crisis Group. Madam Arbour is dedicated to the respect and advancement of human rights all around the world.
